Bungalows - 2 bungalows overlooking the sea, king beds and amenities, connected to the main house by trails developed for easy and comfortable access.

Boat House - 1 king suite with bathroom and amenities.

The island has common areas created to offer unique experiences to its visitors. Among them is a beautiful outdoor terrace with a dining room and barbecue; a pool area surrounded by a deck and extended by a comfortable lounge connected to the Main House by a glassed-in corridor that follows an ornamental lake sculpted, among characteristics, by indigenous stones. An area with a gazebo, ideal for lunch and relaxation, a solarium, a luxurious outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the sea and a private beach.

The island is equipped with a helipad for quick and easy access from Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.

The property provides all the privacy you would expect from a remote personal retreat. Visitors can easily come and go from the island, exploring the stunning natural landscapes of Angra dos Reis Bay and its streets, restaurants and nightlife. By boat, it is less than 7 minutes from Frade or the villa of Angra dos Reis or less than 1h20 from the city of Rio de Janeiro or Paraty.
