The property has a large backyard with a swimming pool, gourmet area, soccer field, volleyball court, coconut trees with hammocks to relax, an incredible indoor Jacuzzi in the room.

There is also a sauna for those who want to relax.

Its luxurious interiors feature high-quality furniture and tasteful decor with plenty of natural light during the day and very harmonious artificial lighting at night.

The condominium also boasts tennis courts, a sports court and a community pool at its Country Club, as well as a large Golf Club and marina for yachts.

Note: The cost of housekeeper and cleaning lady is separate and the amount is R $ 150 Reais per person, per day and paid directly to them on the day of check in.
