House on the sea in Angra dos Reis, house with sea view

Located on a charming island, just a 10-minute boat ride from the Yacht Club of Angra dos Reis. Don't worry, our boat provides transfers between the island and the mainland whenever you need. The house boasts 6 rooms, including 5 suites, all equipped with air conditioning. The gourmet area features a dining table to accommodate guests, a barbecue grill, a pizza oven, a wood-fired oven, a sauna overlooking the sea, and several other delightful spots. There are 2 decks right by the sea to ensure endless entertainment.

The house was designed and built by the family patriarch, who sought luxury through simplicity. The main structure includes two double suites, a loft bedroom, living and dining rooms, kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Above, with a spectacular view, there are two Canadian-style suites. On an intermediate level, there is another suite with 3 single beds. Separated in a different house, the couple of caretakers, who have been living there for over 25 years, are available.

You can safely park your car at the Yacht Club's parking lot.

Access to all areas of the house is allowed, except for some sports equipment that is not available to guests.

The rental includes a support boat for crossings between the island and the mainland and a staff member who is available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The house's water comes from springs, it is drinkable and very clean, but during periods of low rainfall, moderation in its use is necessary.

Jumping from the deck and enjoying the sea is a favorite activity. For the more adventurous, our island has approximately 3 km of circumference, and swimming or paddling around it is delightful. The fishing village is on the opposite side of the house. The walk to the top of the island is also nice, especially to appreciate the breathtaking sunset; don't forget to bring a flashlight for the way back! Of course, renting a boat to explore the islands of Bahia is also a great option.
