Getting Around:
Take a Right out of the Driveway, heading East 1/2 Mile to University Avenue...

Right on University Avenue (South) Into BYU Territory Within 3 Minutes.
Left on University Avenue (North) and arrive at Sundance Resort in 15 minutes!

Our Property is a Rare 1 Acre Property on the Orem/Provo Line, and So Close to BYU, Sundance, Mountain Biking/hiking Trails, World Famous Fly-fishing On the Provo River, Rock Climbing and Everything Else the Wasatch Mountains Have to Offer.

*We have two horses in a corral in the front of the property.

Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable!

The area is in a great location for BYU activities. The grounds are very pretty. We enjoyed the deck every night. The house, beds, and living space was homey and comfortable. We enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens which were so quit, we never heard them. It was an excellent home base for a busy weeekend! I must mention how responsive Amanda was. She always responded within an hour. I felt like she truly cared about her customers!

New appliances, comfortable beds, nice high ceilings. Great Home base to return to. Amanda was very helpful and responsive. Definitely would stay here again.
