Our Property is a Rare 1 Acre Property on the Orem/Provo Line, and So Close to BYU, Sundance, Mountain Biking/hiking Trails, World Famous Fly-fishing On the Provo River, Rock Climbing and Everything Else the Wasatch Mountains Have to Offer.

*We have two horses in a corral in the front of the property.

Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable!

The area is in a great location for BYU activities. The grounds are very pretty. We enjoyed the deck every night. The house, beds, and living space was homey and comfortable. We enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens which were so quit, we never heard them. It was an excellent home base for a busy weeekend! I must mention how responsive Amanda was. She always responded within an hour. I felt like she truly cared about her customers!

Great Home Base

New appliances, comfortable beds, nice high ceilings. Great Home base to return to. Amanda was very helpful and responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

We recently purchased our dream property and want to share it with you. A little farm in the city. The fact that it is so central yet so secluded is what makes this property unique and ideal for visitors to Provo/Orem. We love to travel, and have done so with our 4 children all over the USA and Central America since they were babies. We tend to stay in other vacation rentals over hotels and have had amazing experiences in every place we've gone. We hope to be the best of hosts for you and your family and that you thoroughly enjoy your stay in Provo/Orem.

It's secluded. It's not in a neighborhood or an apartment complex. It's quiet. It's private. It's 2 minutes to Costco, 2 minutes to the Theater and restaurants, 100 yards to the Provo River, 5 minutes to BYU, and 15 minutes to the lifts at Sundance. It's perfect!
