The house is on Barnegat Av which is a very wide street with a STRICTLY enforced 25mph limit. Perfect for walking, running and biking. Mature tenants please (25yrs +). The house is a duplex. This apartment is on the 1st floor and includes a large deck. Pets ok ($75 fee).
