Located on the popular holiday hotspot at Middleton, 34 Hargreaves Rd is a light and bright rental offering a real beachy feel. The property located one street to the beach has uninterrupted views of the coastline and access to the popular surf beach.
The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs offers a queen bedroom, bedroom 2 with 2 singles and the main bathroom. There is living area located downstairs offering TV and DVD Player and a fold out lounge if needed taking the sleeping total to 8. Access to a rear patio with outdoor table, bbq area and fully fenced yard is perfect for the family pet. A laundry is also located downstairs.
Upstairs features large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has all appliances needed and is well stocked for entertaining guests. The living area features comfy leather lounge, large Smart TV views to the ocean and access to front balcony. The master bedroom is located upstairs with access to ensuite and front balcony.
The property has split system heating and cooling located upstairs and downstairs and has parking off street for two cars. The property is in a great location with a 1 minute walk to the beach, 10 min drive to Goolwa or a 5 minute drive to Port Elliot.

Short getaway
Lovely and clean, good position with great views from balcony. Good size bedrooms and kitchen with everything at your fingertips, I would definitely stay here again.
