This beautiful 100+ year old restored farmhouse is located on 92 acres of gently rolling farmland which allows for lots of room to run and plenty of privacy while still being minutes from countless Lancaster County attractions. The property includes a beautiful in-ground newly renovated pool complete with gazebo. The address is 299 Meadow Lane, Manheim PA 17545.

The 1st floor includes a custom cherry kitchen w/ island, 2 dining rooms to ensure plenty of space for meals, games or various activities, spacious family room, living room, a full bathroom and a half bath, and a grand 4 season sun room overlooking peaceful pastures.
The second floor boasts 2 full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms including a large 2 room primary bedroom suite.
Other amenities include an attached 2 car garage, central air, cable TV, internet and plenty of space for boat/rv parking.
After a day of experiencing the many sights and attractions of the area, come back and relax in the spacious outdoor living area with in ground pool, open end of May through beginning of Sept. (please note that in agreeing to rent the house you accept the house rules and the pool and liability waiver shown in the rates tab under notes).

Perfect house for us

A great house for three generations to spread out. Record breaking heat so the pool got a lot of use. The location was centrally located for Hersheypark and Lancaster activities. Communication with the host was excellent.

Very spacious and beautiful home. It was able to accommodate our family of 10 very comfortably. The property is very private and the in ground pool was great. Convenient to both Hersheypark and Dutch Wonderland.

Lovely stay in Manheim, Lancaster County

Check-in was a breeze. Shari was very easy to communicate with. This farmhouse sits on many acres and the views are so pretty, especially sunrise. The pool and many bedrooms were key to our booking. We ate our meals in the gazebo next to the pool which is shaded. Pool was very clean. House was immaculately clean too. The kitchen had everything we needed and dishwasher was given a workout each day. A rain storm came in one afternoon and the sunroom was the place to be. Will book again next time we are in Lancaster.

We had a reunion of college friends at this beautiful home. We enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool. The home is in a beautiful setting with wonderful amenities that provided everything we needed for an awesome weekend away.

We had a nice stay. There was ample room for our family of 6 adults and 5 younger children. The host was easy to work with. The pool was great as we stayed during a heat wave. The AC proved sufficient to keep us comfortable. Overall we liked the property.

Everything was incredible! The host answered all my silly questions in a matter of minutes. The accommodations were superb. The grounds were beautiful. I suggest you find a weekend to book this house .

Anniversary Getaway

Enjoyed a nice family weekend visiting nearby Hershey and Lancaster - place is super roomy and clean. Pool is awesome and deep on one end. Each room is large, the master is super large. All bathrooms are nice. House is well-stocked with towels, sheets, detergent, etc. Recommend!

Great place - Interesting layout

The location is beautiful and the host was very responsive and friendly. Things to know before staying: Fairly secluded location but near other homes (loved this), one of the larger bedrooms has no real walls and needs to be walked through to access the whole house (fine for a family but uncomfortable for couples), and wifi can be spotty depending on your location in the house(this applies to virtually everywhere). Overall there were minimal complaints but admittedly some confusion about the hose layout.

Best Pre Wedding Bridal Accommodation

I booked this stunning house for my little sister the night before her wedding! It was the perfect place for all of her bridesmaids to stay and get a peaceful night of sleep before her big day. The sunroom had the best lighting for all of the girls to get their makeup on and do their hair the day of the wedding! There are so many rooms in the house that were warm and comfortable! The large kitchen has an island that everyone gathered around for breakfast! I loved being able to make a home cooked meal for everyone! This was a way better experience than staying at a hotel! I highly recommend booking this property!

Beautiful spacious home perfect for our family

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a place we could spend time with family and this home was perfect! We have three kids so we used the master suite and the kids shared the room with two queen beds. The other four adults split up into three other bedrooms. All 5 bedrooms are on the second floor and kind of connect together. I want to emphasize this is a very large home with lots of gathering space on the first floor, and a beautiful pool area as well. There were 9 of us, but even if you went up to the limit of 12 you will not feel crowded in any way. The kitchen was well equipped and there is plenty of parking. The beds were very comfortable. Would be glad to stay there again in the future!

Although we didnt get in the pool, we did sit by it. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and relaxing. The house was HUGE and clean, well stocked and organized. The 92 acre property was clean and beautifully landscaped. It was our oasis away from home. The host responded quickly and addressed all isues immediately.

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely home. Our group of 9 included 4 generations and this home provided ample room for everyone to spread out. Of course the pool was amazing and a big hit with the kids…especially with the 95 degree days we had while staying. We took family pictures and the property was a perfect backdrop. During our stay we enjoyed visiting Lititz and Lancaster. Kitchen Kettle Village was a fun shopping spot and going to the Sight and Sound production of Noah was amazing! Definitely recommend this immaculate home for any get away you are planning to the Manheim area!

60th Birthday

Property was perfect size for 12 family members. Large enough for all but eight adults and four children to comfortably be together under one roof. Communication on checkin and answering questions was exceptional! Blessed with perfect weather duration of stay and all spent hours playing, swimming, and talking by beautiful pool, lounge chairs and provided swim toys.
