Upon entering our home you will be greeted with gorgeous limestone floors, living room, cozy fireplace, dining room and powder room. French doors open to the private front deck with a sectional couch and seating for 9 guests to take in views of Catalina Island and warm sun.
next is the open concept Kitchen and Family Room. The Kitchen has a center island with sink, gas range,electric oven, microwave/convection oven, Subzero refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, trash compactor. Across the stove top, which is part of a large peninsula, is a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The family room has a wet bar with beverage fridge, 55" flat screen and reclining couch and recliner.
Outside the sliding door in the Family Room you enter into a 50ft private courtyard. Enjoy the morning sun as you sit at the outside bar. Across from the deep seating couch is a gas fireplace to keep you warm when its chilly. There is another seating area with a love seat and chair next to the BBQ.
Back inside the house and next to the Kitchen is a Morning Room, and a perfect spot to enjoy a meal, card game or just hanging out. Adjacent to the table ( seating for 5 ) is the washer and dryer for your use.
Finally we finish the Main floor by exiting into the attached 2 car garage. Here you will find boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella and electric car charger.

Moving to the second floor, at the front of the house is the Master Suite. Here you will relax on a Cal King bed, with a 40" flat screen TV above the raised gas fireplace, and a seating area with giant windows to grab a ocean view. The Master bathroom has dual vanities, a water closet, walk-in shower and a jacuzzi style bathtub.
In the rear area of the floor is the second Master Bedroom, with a high vaulted ceiling. This room is made up of a queen bed and attached bathroom and shower.
In the center of the second floor you will find the third Bedroom. this room is furnished with a queen bed, an XL twin bunk above it and an XL twin trundle bed. Outside the bedroom is the third bathroom with walk-in shower.

Moving up the stairs, you will enter the 3rd floor den/office including a 70" flat screen, twin bed sized couch, comfy club chairs and enough room for the provided queen air-o-bed. Attached is an office area with a PC and Printer for your use.
As you go through the FrenchDoor, you enter on to the 3rd floor deck. The heated jacuzzi can hold at least 6 adults with stunning views of the surrounding area and coastline.

We offer our bikes w/locks for our guest to use at no charge during their stay, with the understanding and agreement that if the bikes are stolen, the guest will be charged $200 per bike. This fee will be deducted from the guest refundable deposit.
