Completely renovated from top to bottom, with simple yet striking furnishings, this upper-level vacation home offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, and a shared downstairs patio to take in the sun. DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

Laundry facilities on-site. Guests must provide their own supplies.

- 1 garage space for small to mid-sized vehicles.
- General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized when spaces are available (metered & unmetered)
