I was so impressed with this rental. Most places provide cheap sheets and cheap everything. It was quality across the board in everything. All of our expectations were met. I’ll definitely rent this location again.

Wonderful place to stay in Newport Beach. Good location and quiet. And so nice to have a garage for parking! Having bikes was a plus for exploring the neighborhood down by The Wedge.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and beautifully furnished. The beds were super comfortable as well. It was a short, 2 block, walk to the beach and Balboa Pier. Would stay here again!

We would definitely rent this property again. Loved how close it was to the beach and the ferry. Nice interior layout for our 3-4 adults and 4 kids. Minor issues with the main television, otherwise a very nice stay.

The property was easy access to the back bay, fun zone and beach. A/C was a plus since it was very hot and humid the week we stayed. Kitchen could have used a few essencial especially for the folks travelly by plane. We were fortunate that we drove so anything we had to buy like paper plates, more paper towels (only one roll was provided) Toilet paper (only a couple provided) there were 8 of us staying, aluminum foil, plastic cups, plactic utensils (we had 2 children 2 and 5) everything provided was glass.The bikes were great and the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and the wagon to carry everything to the beach was a huge help. The neighorhood was very quite, parking was a challenge since we drove our suburban and the streets are one way but we worked around it. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic time at this Balboa property! Everything was within walking distance and we loved walking to go get morning coffee and drinks in the evening. House was very clean and easy to access. Host was communicative and the supplies at the home were plentiful. Was perfect for our group of 6.

Home has exceeded our expectations. Clean. Nice layout . Nicely decorated . Roomy for family of 6 adults. Very convenient to walk to the beach, boardwalk and the ferry. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again (maybe in off seasons for better price).

The property was just as described. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Owner's rep met us at the property to review everything we needed to know. The parking is quite tight and a very large truck was parked in the driveway and it made it difficult for us to navigate getting into & out of the garage. We really thought they (2nd floor occupants) should have been directed to park elsewhere but we made it work.
