Dream Home on the island

Not only was the house amazing but Deane and Rich are the most gracious hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better stay on the island and will 100% be back. Everything in the house was as pictured .. absolutely perfect!! Thank you for letting us create great memories on our summer escape from the AZ heat !!

Great home on the island!

This is our 2nd time booking this home. We absolutely love the location, the condition of the Oran’s the little extras. We stayed on the island many times over 15 years. This will be our go to place to visit time and time again.

Great Thanksgiving on Balboa

Great modern house on Balboa. One block off main drag and close to coffee shop and restaurants. Top deck is perfect for family dinner and sunsets. Everything was just as advertised. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome house

Great location! convenient and comfortable!My family stayed at Balboa island for five days.The house has everything we need.It is very clean.The host responded quickly.We all love this house.Hope have chance to visit and stay there again.
