I can’t speak more highly of a rental property! The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Communication was so efficient and host response times were very quick and easy. Check in was so easy. The house was spotless. Good showers, plenty of towels, the beds were so comfortable. We loved the patio for morning coffee and sunshine and evening dinners. A must stay if you are going to Balboa Island or Newport Beach area! So grateful for our family time away!

First off, let me start off by saying that the house was great. Our trip was great. Everything was awesome. The only problem we had with this property was that the floors were not cleaned prior to us arriving. The property management did what they thought was the best by delivering a mop for us to clean the floor with. They did offer the cleaners to come while we were not in the house to clean, but that was not an option for us as we had our valuables inside the house. Other than that, everything was awesome. It’s close to the ferry. It’s close to Marine Street. It’s a great location.

Our family enjoyed this beach cottage and its’ amenities. The attention to detail made for a comfortable stay. The cottage is very clean, uncluttered and offers several seating areas to relax and enjoy the vibe of Balboa Island. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and hanging out on the front patio which is generously sized. The beach and ferry are a short walk away which was convenient. This cottage shows pride of ownership and attention to detail. It was easy to communicate with the management service about our stay and the check-in/checkout process. We recommend this charming beach cottage to other vacationers looking for a carefree experience.

WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. ONLY ONE COMPLAINT, COULD OF HAD BETTER WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER. OTHER THAN THAT ALL WAS GREAT.
