Walking distance to the boardwalk, which starts 2 blocks away, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, the fun zone, pier, Lido marina, shopping, surfing, boogie boarding and restaurants.
After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it here! Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to ensure the barbecue gas tank is turned off and covered. Let us know if the propane tank is low or needs to be replaced Clean up any dog doo if any.
If you use the heater, please make sure you leave the pilot light ON. Return Bose speaker and garage remotes to the kitchen drawer.
Close all windows and doors. Lock the bikes up in the garage by twos. Let us know if you've damaged anything or anything needs to be replaced. Thank you.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because we can walk to the part of Newport Beach we love to hang out, relax, and soak up the sun. We love that there's no direct parking in front of our home so we can sit outside and enjoy the people watching as we talk and sip on a beverage. Everything is so close we rarely use our vehicle but rather walk or bike everywhere. We hope you love it too!
