This home was built from the ground up to be the an oceanfront dream home. Every detail from the floor to ceiling fold away accordion doors that allow the fresh ocean air to flood over you, to the gourmet kitchen clad in marble counters, to the hand selected textured tile in the bathrooms. Few people ever get to build their dream home and I am proud to share my beautiful home with you.
What makes this property unique
The open floor plan in the living area is designed to allow friends and family to spend time together and the wide range of indoor and outdoor spaces give everyone their own private place to relax and unwind. The master suite is your own private retreat complete with en suite bath, private balcony, and spectacular ocean views.
Head up to the 3rd floor and relax in the loft or on the spacious rooftop deck complete with seating area, dining table, or fire up the direct gas Wolf grill. Be sure to keep an eye on the water for passing dolphin pods and migrating whales!
