This house was in a great location .. and clean and inviting for the most part. The one big thing that threw us for a loop was that the online listing stated there were two beds in one of the rooms that would have slept four people .. but there were only two beds. They did bring an inflatable mattress .. which helped .. and one person just slept on the couch. My main concern was that I called the booking service at least a half dozen times .. and each time they said they would call me back .. but never did .. I needed to call them back every time .. one time the next day after I felt like we had waited long enough. I don't usually leave reviews and would describe myself as a person that likes to look at the glass half-full .. so we enjoyed our stay regardless .. but the lack of communication was something I'd never experienced before with VRBO.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a property last minute in Newport Beach for spring break and was having a difficult time finding something to suit my wish list. I called and spoke with Sara on the phone and she directed me to their lower level 29th St property. Is was a compact but beautifully remodeled home with an excellent location that was walking distance to just about everything. Management was very friendly and responsive and the property was beautifully designed and built ( and i am EXTREMELY picky as we own renovate and manage over 30+ luxury multimillion dollar properties in Scottsdale, AZ). I’ve already recommended this particular home and I will definitely book with them on our next stay to Newport Beach! A few notes: 1. it would be great if they had one or two beach umbrellas to use2. I believe the listing said they didn’t provide beach towels so we brought our own since we were driving and had the space, but it turns out they did have a nice supply of beach towels in the upstairs cabinet.3. as with all multi unit/multi-story properties, if you are in the lower unit, you will definitely hear footsteps above at various times. I keep a noise app on my phone to drown out any footsteps above.
