Great beach property. It is an 1 min walk to the boardwalk and beach. Property is very clean. Fabulous 2 car garage. Roof top deck is large and has great furniture settings. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. All the bathrooms are neat with plenty of storage space. Lots of closet space. There is AC which is wonderful, but it completely shuts down every 4 hours and apparently cannot be changed so you have to get up in the night to turn it back on. I would bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas- the items they provide are not the best. The service provided by Beach Rentals is great and I would rent this unit again.

Clean and tidy but the listing said it slept 10 and there were only beds for 9. So we had one person who had to sleep on the ground. Also, for the AC, you could not choose a specific temp, and it would only run for 4 hours at a time. No longer. So the air would shut off during the day when we were gone and when we would return, it was stifling hot. We also had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on as well. Super annoying. The refrigerator also ended up freezing most of our groceries, so we lost a dozen eggs and a few other things as a result. We tried to adjust the temp in the fridge but no matter what, the top half of the fridge froze whatever we put in it. We also ran out of TP in one of the bathrooms and they refused to bring more. They said they were only willing to give us an initial amount, which was 2 rolls. We stayed for 8 days with a group of 10 people, and for the price we paid, I would expect more. Overall the unit was nice and not an awful trip, but these few things were not great and for the price we paid, we would have expected slightly better. That’s why we removed a star.

The home is set up for up to ten guests, with a twin trifold floor mat provided for the additional sleeping space, and we understand this arrangement may not have been ideal for your group. We’re also sorry for the frustration with the A/C and refrigerator. We did not receive a report about the A/C during your stay, but our Operations team inspected it after your departure and cleared a clogged drain. They also found a faulty air damper in the refrigerator and replaced it to restore proper airflow. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again. Good clear communication with host. Nice place and nice outdoor spaces. It’s a popular beach community so expect people and traffic noise. Ear plugs & background noise might help for sleeping.

Great location, well stocked house.

Nice property in a good location. Kitchen had what we needed as well as towels, shampoo, beach chairs and toys. The bunk heds were creaky and could use tightening, but overall comfortable. Would stay there with a group again.

Wonderful spot in Newport Beach!

This is a brand new, gorgeous rental just two minutes walk to the beach. Each bedroom has its own en suite, which makes it great for a large family or group. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax after a day at the beach.
