LOCATION:
This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property utilizes outdoor-only surveillance cameras and recording devices, including a doorbell camera at the main south entrance facing outward, a doorbell camera in the garage facing the exterior garage door, and a camera on the third-floor rooftop deck monitoring the exterior. No cameras are installed inside the home, and all devices are used solely for exterior security purposes. The property is also equipped with noise-monitoring technology, such as decibel readers, to help protect the home, support guest safety, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
