Great beachfront house, the place was clean, well maintained & everything we needed was available. This house is right on the beach, can't get any closer than that & it was close to Newport Beach boardwalk, shops & restaurants.

Great location in Newport! Right on the beach- great ocean view from the patio(s). Perfect accommodations for our family vacation. Clean, just like the pictures. Only drawback was the construction next door, as we had two babies with us who napped throughout the day. We would definitely stay again at this location.

Check in was great with the communication-The rooms were very comfortable! The Kitchen had everything you could need. The location is literally on the water- WOW! Three great spots to enjoy the day, sunrise etc. It also has a garage parking spot and a carport spot! If you have a larger SUV it could be "tight" but it worked well for us! We would absolutely stay here again- it felt just like home!

Beautiful property directly on the beach. House was clean and very well maintained. Lots of beach toys available for the kids. Not a bad view anywhere in this home. Three levels with patio decks on all of them. We had an amazing family vacation this week and we’re already looking for future dates to come back! I would highly recommend this property!

Inside super dated. Fridge was a challenge getting it cold because it was off when we arrived. Check in process was slightly challenging and ran into the owners who asked if we were lost.

Great place! 3 story, Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Cornhole game, 4-5 beach chairs & beach towels provided. We liked the privacy of not having the boardwalk in front of you. The 2 parking spots were a plus. We’ll definitely be booking this place again.

Fantastic beach getaway

Spring Break relaxing

Amazing beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house was beautiful inside and out and the location was perfect, off the boardwalk but close enough to bicycle to the pier easily. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the views were amazing.

Great location!

We got our family together for time on the beach, board games, and family time and this was the perfect place. The three ocean view decks are very nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. Really nice that it’s directly on the beach vs having a busy trafficked boardwalk in front of you.
