The house was as beautiful as the photos. My family enjoyed a week of luxury at the beach. We were able to visit Disneyland and go back to a nice quiet home afterwards. There are several breweries and restaurants in walking distance. It was fantastic!!

The house was great. Once we got used to the stairs things went really well. The only drawback that we encountered was the bbq wouldn't stay lit.

This is the third time that my family and friends have stayed at this house and we have enjoyed our stay every time. The location is perfect within short walking distance from sand, and short bike ride to restaurants and shops. The home is perfect for a family or multiple families. The rooftop deck is perfect for meals or hanging out with a view. We will be back!

Beautiful house

Cape Catalina is a beautiful house with ocean views and a few steps from the beach. The house is very well stocked for cooking and beach going - lots of towels, chairs and beach toys. It’s walking distances to several good places to eat - Stoney’s pizza and Beer Rip Co were great. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us!

We were very satisfied with this home! Great location and close to the beach. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Very quiet neighborhood with good parking. We were welcomed with a sweet gift bag with lemonade and snacks which was great before we ventured to the the grocery. Home was clean and an extensive kitchen set up with great appliances. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location and garage is a Key..... Host was amazing and thoughtful, if I had one suggestion would be "mirrors" no mirrors to get ready except for bathroom, women need full length mirrors :) - The house was exceptional

Family Gathering to Celebrate

Six immediate-family members gathered in Sunset Beach to revisit past memories and celebrate 50 years of marriage. All 4 bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals and the location is good for eating out occasionally so no-one had to work too hard. We spent time biking, kayaking, swimming, reading and playing games. We were able to make yourselves at home in a beautiful location. A warm thank you for sharing this beautiful home in a beautiful fun filled spot

Nothing short of ah-mayzing!

The pictures really do not do this property justice! It's absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect home away from home to come home to after a long day at the amusement park, shopping, or just touring around LA. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The best rental I've ever had with VRBO hands down! Great communication with Marnie! We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful holiday weekend!

We had a really great time at the Catalina house in Sunset Beach. Super convenient location to the beach, activities (paddle boarding) and the running path. The house worked really well for our group size and we will definitely look to stay there in the future.

Everything about this beach house was perfect! Gorgeous property, fully stocked and ready for a wonderful vacation. The house is steps away from beautiful Sunset Beach. Our family would love to come back again and again :)

True Beach Experience at It’s Finest

Everything I’d thought it would be and more. The owners were responsive and available. Very helpful and thoughtful. Their place was well maintained with lovely furnishings creating a classy upscale experience. Steps to the beach. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family Fun at the Beach

This beach house is perfect for my family's first getaway of 2020. The kitchen is well equipped with heavy duty stove for good cooking. I love the set up of the living room, dining room and kitchen all on the 3rd floor and open. You can see and enjoy everyone while you're cooking. Also nice is the roof top where you can bbq and enjoy the view. Great to relax at early morning while drinking coffee or at night to feel the breeze coming from the sea. Overall, the short stay was enjoyed by everyone.
