The perfect family vacation spot

Denise and her husband went above and beyond to make sure our family Christmas trip was perfect. They treated us like family and were so helpful when our trip had any hiccups. The house is perfect for large groups, especially families with kids. The pool is beautiful and my kids were so excited to have a water slide in the backyard. My family and I will absolutely be coming back.

Family stay

Dennise was very accommodating through some hiccups we had with amount of people. Stay was super fun and they kept in touch often. Pool was great!!! Ocean was close by and all was wonderful

Family

The property was exactly what we needed, lots of space for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised with the fresh fruit & assortment of snacks the hosts provided. Location is great close to grocery stores, restaurants, & the beach. Disney land was about 40 minutes away, but an easy drive. We were a little disappointed that the water features in the pool & hot tub couldn’t run at the same time, and for our group all of the shower heads were extremely low.

Great Home!

We stayed here for 5 nights on our family vacation to Disneyland. We are a family of 16 and the house was perfect for us. The pool is amazing and we spent lots of time enjoying. The owner, Denise, was beyond helpful. She recommended great places to eat, sent us info about community events, etc. Highly recommend staying here.

Family Holiday Get Together!

Perfect place for us to have our yearly family reunion! Easily held our three families-ages 5 months through 12 years. Six adults and five kids. Heated pool and hot tub a plus! Great location and a very attentive hostess! Highly recommend this house!

Outstanding pool.

Our family of 14 were here for a week and highlight for all the kids was the pool and slide. Owners were very responsive to our questions and needs during our stay.

Amazing pool

Fantastic pool. My kids and their significant others utilized the slide much more than I would have anticipated. Hot tub was also excellent. Owner/manager was very hands on, which was ideal. Minor issue, and she was right on top of it. For us, excellent location in Huntington Beach. Far enough to be away from hectic traffic yet close enough to get to downtown and PCH without any hassle. Would easily recommend to others.

Awesome vacation!

The house exceeded expectations, especially the pool. Check-in was very easy and Denise provided a thorough walk through and a wealth of invaluable information about the house and the nearby area. Hoping to come back in the near future!

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing, especially since it was winter. The kids were in the pool non-stop!! And the house is so close to the beach -- a great location. Denise was amazing and provided little extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend this house!!

Great pool and close to everything.

We were two families with kids age 13 to 7. The pool was used every day and the house is no more than 15 minutes from everything to see and do in the Huntington Beach area (Balboa, Newport, pier, harbor, etc.). Denise was an amazing host and provided us with lots of tips on things to do, places to shop, and great restaurants to eat at.

Southern California Getaway

Excellent property with all the comforts and needed amenities to feel like home. Short drive to Disney. Dodger Stadium an easy drive. Metro system from Chinatown makes Hollywood and Beverly Hills a great visit. Beach within a mile. Overall assessment of property and location for Southern California, Excellent. Gorgeous place

We stayed here for a week, family of five plus grandparents/great aunt and had an amazing stay. The house it super fun, has tons of personality and the backyard pool is heavenly. My kids spent so much time back there, they had no interest in going to the beach. Denise is fantastic, very available and has lots of recommendations for things to do around Huntington Beach (which we didn’t end up doing because the house and yard were so fun. If you have the chance to stay here, please go for it. You won’t regret it!

If your looking for the perfect home for a visit to Southern California this is it. Great location. Convenient to Disney, the beaches and Legoland. The pool area is an absolute home run. Hardest part of the trip was getting the grandkids to leave the house. Would have stayed and swam all day. House I s great with 5 bedrooms plus. Everything you need is available The hosts are fantastic. Attentive, responsive, there if you need them. Definitely will be our go to home in Southern California.

Amazing stay

We had the best family vacation ever. We have rented homes all over the country for 16 years, and this has been the best experience. There is so much to see in the area and Denise is beyond helpful. She makes you feel completely at home. The linens and towels were super soft snd the house immaculate. And the pool and hot tub were perfect to hop into at the end of each day. We plan to come every year as we have so much more to explore in OC. Thank you SO much Denise! You are TRULY the best host and made us feel comfortable and happy! 😘😘😘😘

Truly Amazing

Denise the home owner met us with individualized gifts from her company. she was over the top attentive to details and made each of us feel extremely welcome in her home. The Pool was the focus for the kids and did not disappoint. there was plenty of space inside and out to stretch out and relax and not be on top of each other. location was great. Close enough to the beach but not too close so you felt like an oaisis for relaxing. Definitely on our return list of homes. Thanks Denise for EVERYTHING!!!!! Margaret

Perfect venue

For our group that wanted to take the kids to see the beach and Disneyland and spend some quality time in the pool with a little BBQ this turned out to be the perfect venue. Lots of amenities. Clean and functional with a friendly owner living nearby who was very thoughtful and attentive. Keep in mind that this is in a normal neighborhood so you can't be too loud too late. If you have a laid back group that isn't rowdy, this is the perfect venue. The property does have some safety features (alarms) on the sliding doors out to the pool but keep in mind if you have little kids, you need to be extra vigilant any time a pool is involved!

Family Vacation

We had a large family vacation in this home for a week. As many before have stated the pool and spa are fantastic. The living areas have more than ample and comfortable seating, which made for great places to visit with one another and have fun conversations. The owners are caring and friendly. They go more than the extra mile in every way to ensure your vacation is everything you want it to be. They are a text or phone call away and are helpful in every way. Many great suggestions for entertainment, places to eat, or just fun or unique things to do. It was perfect for our large group of ten adults and seven children. There were many infant and toddler items that made the stay easier as well. They had so many thoughtful gifts and items for their guests pleasure you could tell they truly enjoy hosting a vacation home. We hope to return in the future.

Our Family reunion 2019, Huntington Beach.

Denise was very accommodating from the start. We met in the drive way of her rental home, prompted on meeting time, to give a tour of our very comfortable rental home. Our family was very impressed by the awesome pool, slide and hot tub. No one wanted to come out of the pool. The beach is 2 1/2 mile walk from the house, in a safe neighborhood. The food stores and shopping is conveniently located. Our Family reunion was a success because of the layout of the home and It is very family friendly. We appreciate you being so attentive to our needs and close commuication. Thank you for replacing the broken blender in three hour as of notication.We definitely will rent this home for future reunions. Thank you, Denise for the wonderful memories acquired in your home.
