Perfect vacation get away home nestled conveniently in Costa Mesa. A 5 minute drive to Newport beach, walkable to Triangle Square, Trader Joe's, CVS and more. It is only a 20-30 minute drive to Disneyland, Angel Stadium and Knotts Berry Farm. This sophisticated, newly renovated home is the perfect escape with both indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the soothing salt water pool, ( if you want it heated there is a 35$ a day fee ) . The jacuzzi is always heated with no heat fee. The house sits on a corner lot with only one neighbor, very quiet with a constant ocean breeze. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is ideal for you and your family to relax and enjoy a home away from home.

Jan the host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and had any extra towels or bedding we needed. The pool and beach items were amazing and there were plenty for the kids. The property is gorgeous and so much fun. There are games to play and the pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit with the family. We had the best time here and I would definitely book again. Thanks Jan so much!!!

This place is great. Our family loved it. The home was clean and extremely well-equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms to beach towels, chairs, and toys. I am so glad that the original place in Costa Mesa that we tried to book was not available—we would have never known about this place. The hot tub, pool, and patio were an amazing place for our extended family to gather. The host communicated so well and was very attentive to our family. It was also very convenient to Newport Beach!Big plus—walking distance to ann always excellent fish taco place and seafood market, a family favorite, as well as other great restaurants and bars.We’ll be back the next time we’re visiting!Thank you!

We rented the home for a four-man golf trip. The accommodations were nice and comfortable for our group. We used the fold out mattress/pad to sleep one in the living room. The hot tub and firepit were awesome after a day of golf. The back patio area is very inviting and relaxing.

Exceeded our expectations! This spacious 3 bedroom home was very clean comfortable and had everything this family of four (2 -teenagers) needed for our trip to SoCal. The garage parking was fantastic, as street parking is a premium which you would expect in urban California. Do plan to drive as nothing is really close to walk to for shopping, dining, etc. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and the pool area is very secluded which makes it extremely relaxing in the hot tub, pool or evenings by the firepit. We did not end up using the grill, but did eat in a few times and the kitchen is well appointed and plenty of counter space (large island) for prep even with the oven and cooktop built in. We utilized the dining table with umbrella (seating for 6) outside for eating as the weather in the mornings and evenings was beautiful. While the kids had plenty of room to play Monopoly at the dining table with seating for 6, Finally, decor and details. We typically stay in VRBOs when we travel and this home is one of a few that actually feels like a home. Again, exceeded our expectations!

We stayed here with our daughter's family to visit Disneyland. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The backyard space with pool, hot tub, plenty of privacy and spacious outdoor dining area was the highlight of our stay, especially for our grandson who loved the pool. Our host Jan, reached out to us immediately to make sure everything was good and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again.
