Spectacular light large home with beautiful water views towards the Vineyard Sound and Naushon Island. The light open kitchen/living is in the middle of the house, leading down to the 4 bedrooms + office on either side of the kitchen/living. Sleeps 8. Every bedroom has doors to the deck. The layout is perfect for vacation! Two level large deck with grill and beautiful sunsets. Central air-conditioning. New U-shaped sofa and large screen TV. WiFi. Dining table seats 10. Bicycles and kayaks. Two outdoor showers. Brand new Electrolux washer/dryer. The property is over 4 acres with a walking path to Blueberry Ridge Lane.

Amazing home in Chilmark

First time staying in Chilmark and it did not disappoint. Monika and Bruce are wonderful hosts and the area and house are a 10. The sunsets are amazing, plenty of parking, outdoor showers, beautiful deck overlooking the tree line. Thank you guys for sharing your home with us.....What an amazing experience.

My family enjoyed an amazing week in Chilmark at this beautiful home! The host, Monika was very responsive to me and always helpful. I have been going to MV for 55 years. As a child we stayed on East Chop. My family has usually rented in Katama or on Sengekontacket Pond. This year we wanted to try Chilmark and I’m so glad we did. The house was light, airy, spacious and had a lovely view. We especially loved having access to Lucy Vincent Beach. The weather was spectacular for August too. We would love to return for another stay. I highly recommend staying in this special home!Kim G.

Peaceful escape

This was a perfect vacation home for our family of three generations. My husband and I had our own bedroom wing while the kids and grands had theirs. We were delighted that so many amenities were provided for our stay making packing up the car an easier task. Monika and Bruce were easy to reach with questions and provided many useful tips for activities in the area, restaurants, etc. The sunset views every evening from the massive back deck were truly beyond compare.

Fabulous getaway

My family and I had such a beautiful and relaxing week on Martha's Vineyard in this absolutely stunning property. The home is spacious and modern and offers serene views off the back deck. We all eagerly awaited the beautiful sunset we would witness each night. The property is well-situated to access any part of the island and was a delight to return to after a long day at the beach. The owners provided very helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants and went above and beyond to help us get a beach parking permit for Lucy Vincent Beach when I had some trouble navigating the process. Having easy access to such a beautiful beach without many crowds made the vacation. I can't imagine coming to Martha's Vineyard and staying anywhere else!

One Week in Paradise!

This beautiful house in Chilmark has a spectacular view and huge deck to enjoy it from made all the more dramatic by its lovely approach and setting. Entering the great room with its glass wall is just how you want to launch your vacation. The spaces are thoughtfully laid out with plenty of room and the owner could not have been more helpful providing many tips about the island.

We had a wonderful stay!

There were plenty amenities available and closets were stocked with extra towels and sheets, making for a very comfortable stay! The wrap around deck was fantastic and the view was spectacular! The landscaping was perfect upon entrance. The house is so unique in design. A real gem of a house. Again, the view was a real treasure, the sunset was so beautiful being so high up!
