This was our first time in PV. The condo, property and view are breathtaking! You can easily walk to three restaurants and there's a mall withmore optionsabout a 10 minute walk. Can't wait to go back!!

Fantastic stay

My family's stay in this condo was wonderful. They enjoyed newly remodeled condo, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, high quality linens, and huge fully furnished balcony with absolutely fantastic view if the bay. Communication with owner was easy, he quickly anwered all the emails. All together it was a marvelous stay. A+ property, highly recommend!!

We had an excellent experience at ocean terrace with our toddler and 10 month old. We are sure to be back! Location and amenities cannot be beat, surely one of the nicest and well maintained buildings on the beach. Highly recommend

DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE

It was such a good trip all around. We've been going to PV for 20 plus years but never stayed here. It was so convenient and quiet and BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone at the condo complex were so nice and the condo itself was so nice...and we would DEFINATELY go again!!! The property manager was so helpful and was able to Whatsapp her any time we had an issue...and we even met some people there that introduced us to a driver and he was excellant to us!!!! We are home now and wish we were still there!!!

Breathtaking coastal view

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the gorgeous Ocean Terrace condo on the ninth floor in Nuevo Vallarta. The directions and description provided by the owner was an excellent introduction. The condo was immaculately maintained with a well stocked kitchen and we made several meals we enjoyed outside looking at the wonderful setting. Hope to return!

Perfect location in beautiful Riviera Nayarit

In first half of May, we spent a fantastic week in Mexico, Nuevo Vallarta. Ocean Terrace Condos are perfectly located on beautiful Pacific beach. There is direct access to the beach from the pool area. The view form large balcony was marvelous as Ocean Terrace is located just in the very middle of the Banderas Bay, and you’re on 9th floor. Early in the morning we could see dolphins swimming and jumping in the water. Condo is large and comfortable , nicely furnished including balcony, which gives you opportunity to have breakfast while watching ocean and the beach. In the spacious kitchen, we found everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well, cooled air and it was not too noisy. King size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and are impressed with both location of the building and condo itself.

Very good condo

The condo is set on a gorgeous beach, in a beautifully maintained building that is perfectly situated to Al love you to enjoy alll that Neuvo Vallarta to has to offer. While the condo is lovely it is getting to the point where it needs an injection of love to bring it back up to a 5 star rating. Several small things didn’t work very well, shower door jammed up , toilet not flushing properly - nothing major but things that can be addressed with some effort. These were pointed out to the owner during our stay but never addressed properly. We also had some fairly major construction noise during our stay due to an unexpected flood in the apartment next door. In this case we simply had to endure a couple of days of jack hammering - no viable solution was available from the owner. This was an unusual event and not likely to be repeated during your stay. On small simple requests the owner was responsive in a timely fashion. On larger ones like things that need some real work to fix less so. Overall I would recommend the condo. If the issues get resolved it will be 5 star.

We found a little piece of Heaven

The unit was exactly as shown on the VRBO site. Very comfortable, fabulous location and close to restaurants and shopping. Staff and guests all adhered to Covid protocols. We all felt safe and relaxed. We had a few issues within the unit itself but our manager, Edgar responded promptly and had the maintenance staff in immediately to resolve the problem. We all loved the property and would highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful vacation at Ocean Terrace.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well equipped (the knives were sharp) and we used the mini Weber grill on the deck several times. We rented a car to visit the Malecon, Bucerias, and Punta Mita but also checked out several restaurants in Nuevo. We went to the markets in La Cruz and Bucerias but also enjoyed walking to the Tuesday market in Paradise Village. Long walks on the beautiful beach were amazing and we have so many beautiful sunset pictures. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We travel to Mexico annually for 10 days to 2 weeks and stay in the Paradise Village area for our winter solace. Ocean Terrace 1903 was fantastic - great view, well equipped, super friendly staff. Note there will be construction at LUMA next door for awhile as they build 3 new towers - it did not impact our visit.

Excellent Stay!

The property was fantastic, newly remodeled and right on the beach! We stay in multiple VRBO properties every year, and this is one of our new favorites. Tim and Edgar were there every step of the way in case we had any questions and were both very helpful throughout the entire process. The location of the condo was perfect, close enough to town but far enough away from the crowds. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property in a great location!

We had an amazing experience staying at Tim's condo in Nuevo Vallarta! This could not have been in a better location, close enough to everything but in a quiet complex without any noise. Many great restaurants were within steps of the complex, and we watched turtles laying eggs and also being released into the ocean right in front of the condo. The views from the deck and watching the sunset each night over the ocean was unbeatable. We feel asleep every night to the sounds of waves. A big thanks to Edgar for meeting us at the property upon arrival and being available for suggestions or questions during our trip. We rented a car but you definitely don't need one unless you like exploring the little towns like we do, everything is right there. We will be back!

Fantastic oceanfront condo!

Location is perfect for walking the long Nuevo beach. Quiet property with the feel of a small place. Though 10 stories, only 4 suites per floor. Peaceful infinity pool and always a palapa and lounges available on the beach. Many nights we went across the road to a good Mexican restaurant. But for really good food we took a short taxi ride to Bucerias. Many places to eat along and in area of Lazaro Gardenas. The condo itself was fully equipped, furnished tastefully and with comfort in mind. Loved the balcony and it's 9th floor view and spent much of our time on it. The property manager was helpful but not intrusive and communication was prompt. A great stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We have been traveling to Puerto Vallarta for the past 14 years and we just love it! Bahia de Banderas is amazing and we felt ready it was time to get our own full time condo for our beach-front getaway. We know you'll enjoy your time here as well.

Property was just remodeled w/ all new furnishings! In addition, the location is PRIME OCEAN FRONT! Very private balcony with commanding, unobstructed vistas. It so close to everything including beach activities, ocean sports, golf and fine dining. The beach is by far the best in all of Vallarta and you will feel completely safe. The Ocean Terrace staff are the best and the accommodations are first class! Unlike many condos, we are professionally managed by a bi-lingual local real estate professional and we will make sure you have the very best, relaxing vacation!
