Fiquei insatisfeita com a irresponsabilidade conosco

No último feriado do dia 02/11 havíamos reservado o local pelo app com 1 mês de antecedência, chegando ao local um dos funcionários do senhor Naldo havia nos informado que já estava tudo reservado ( O QUE TÍNHAMOS ALUGADO COM 1 MES DE ANTECEDÊNCIA) . Fiquemos muito nervosos e desapontado pois estávamos com muitas expectativas sobre o local. O senhor Naldo logo mandou que arrumou um lugar para nós 4 , chagando ao local que era de excelente localização perto da balsa ficamos novamente desapontados, o local era um Hostel com um quarto super pequeno para nós 4 com camas coladas uma na outra , pequeno banheiro, um frigobar e uma cozinha compartilhada ( sendo que oque alugamos foi um chalé com sala, cozinha privada para cozinharmos e tv) não teve condições de ficar no local pois não era oque tínhamos pago. Conversamos com o senhor ( por mensagem via WhatsApp pois o mesmo nem apareceu no local) E pedimos o dinheiro de volta. Ele arrumou novamente um lugar que não era dele. Que no fim deu certo, um lugar aconchegante em que o outro dono foi simpática, atencioso, nos apresentou ( oque era totalmente o oposto do senhor Naldo) . Com indico para ninguém, se não tivemos achado o lugar e nem devolvido dinheir além de prejuízo iríamos dormir na rua após 5 horas de viagem até a ilha !!! Irresponsável !!

Chalé esmeralda é ótimo muito bem equipado tudo limpinho quarto as camas confortáveis com ar condicionado o Banheiro e cozinha muito bom também o atendimento dos donos ótimo sem falar na vista para mar e Cachoeira eu adorei super recomendado.
