Excellent!

My friend and I stayed here for almost two months while we were in town for work. The place has everything you need (clean towels, kitchen supplies, garage, laundry) and is extremely close to downtown. Very reasonably priced and Andrey was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place near cool beaches, needs to be better cleaned

Our time at this place was great. It was cozy and was only a 15 minute drive away from Siesta Key Beach. Only issue is that the floor was filthy when we arrived. We tried to clean it, but it was still pretty dirty. There was an old mop that didn’t do anything other than push the dirt around. If this place just gets a better deep clean, it is a perfect spot to visit the beaches and other amenities around the area.

Very good

Andrey was very helpful and even set up renting a bike for me which was sitting in the garage when I arrived. Kitchen was lacking some things. My wife could have used a hair dryer.
