Los Vientos, is typical country home just 3 km away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean seaside, the Jose Ignacio and Garzon lagoons and the cool town of Jose Ignacio, renowned worldwide for its simple but chic luxury and gorgeous lifestyle, a fishing enclave that was quietly evolving into a hub of barefoot luxury.
Los Vientos has a main house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms -one en-suite. A large and beautifully furnished living room, with an open-space kitchen and a dinning-room who seats 12. An outside dining room and living room where to relax and have breakfast or watch the most beautiful sunsets you have ever imagined, complete the main house of this property.
Los Vientos has also a Dependance with another living-room with two bedrooms and a bathroom. A large "parrilla" where you should be able to cook the most delicious "asados" and an "al fresco" outside dining-room who seats 20 people.
The staff bedroom and a bathroom is adjacent to the Dependance and has a completely independent entrance.
The style of the home was both novel and intuitive. its simple lines, austere colors and natural materials seemed to be in sync with the simplicity and ruggedness of the landscape of eastern Uruguay, where vast windswept beaches are backed by rolling grasslands interspersed with eucalyptus groves. “We realized we needed to work within the nature and adapt the house to match the gorgeous natural surroundings” said the owners. “The coast’s gentle, open landscape really lends itself to this simple ranch offering wide views”
