Azure Tides Unit 56 Seafront Estate
Welcome to Unit 56 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool sit by and relax, a wadding pool for the toddlers. Communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch for tenant use. Large grassed areas with the cool Bali feel gazebos. Situated on the outside of the complex.
Unit 56 is furnished with air-conditioning to the main living area.
This unit does not have a BBQ.
This unit is an external unit of the complex without rear access to the pool area.
This Unit sleeps 6 Guests and the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
No Wi-Fi at this property.
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. Parking for a Medium boat
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
