About this property

The Location - Tah Villa is right across the road from Fingal Bay Surf Beach (patrolled from late September to April) and 500 metres walk along the bike/walking track to the Fingal Bay Surf Club, cafe and kids playground. It is also less than ten minutes drive into Nelson Bay.

The Duplex - This spacious, double storey duplex is on the southern end of Fingal Beach, with ocean views from the front balcony (with gas BBQ). Plenty of room for the family, with an air conditioned living room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms (two queen beds and two single beds), two bathrooms (spa bath in one bathroom) and an internal laundry with a washer. Plus a rear courtyard and secure parking in a double lock up garage.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Really good

Large house across the road from the beach with a double garage. Everything you would need is supplied, including a tumble dryer. Shops round the corner and a large balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Communication was excellent.

Amazing weekend

We had such a nice weekend with our friends, the house is just amazing, and we basically spent the the day in the gorgeous balcony

Great location

Great property in a fantastic location. Lots of space for the family. Only negative is the pre cleaning was not that good and there is no dryer! Ok when it's hot but if you had wet weather you would have issues

Amazing location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully located on the beach front. Only minus was no wifi and cold downstairs in winter. Also no on-site access to keys.
