The Location - The Anchorage sits above D'Albora Marina with views over the marina and across the Bay. Just 200 metres walk into town or the marina for café, restaurants, boutique shopping, dolphin and whale watch cruises and Nelson Bay Beach. Add to this a pool in the complex too.

The Apartment - This beautifully refurbished, spacious, fourth floor apartment has views across the Harbour. Large balcony with gas BBQ, leading to air conditioned, open plan living with flat screen TV and a modern kitchen with microwave, oven, cook top and dishwasher, three bedrooms (two queen beds and two king single beds and ceiling fans in all bedrooms), two bathrooms (one with a spa bath) and an internal laundry with washer and dryer.

Beautiful location and amazing views

The unit was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The views were amazing and well worth the price. The location couldn’t have been any better. Just a super short walk to Woolworths and local shops and restaurants. It really is in the hub of everything but a nice quiet complex with lovely neighbours. 100% recommend to anyone wanting a picture perfect holiday.

Nelson bay

Unit was nice but there was no wifi letter in the fridge says on the bottom of modem couldn’t find the modem went into the office the next day to find out exactly that there wasn’t any even made a previous phone call when I was told it was In and email I had received but it wasn’t so to me this should be on the booking saying no wifi kids couldn’t connect iPads I thought every where had wifi these days and for the price this certainty should of. Nice unit as I said

Perfect holiday accommodation

Clean, great view and location. Only few minutes walk to shops and bay. Only minor comments are that we couldn't find hair dryer and there are no shower gel, shampoo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit location and the general building was excellent. Some areas of the Unit could do with some attention - * Ceiling sweep fans & air conditioner need cleaning* Sliding door tracks and curtains to veranda need cleaning* Toaster needs a good clean or replacing* Shades on two bedside lamps are broken* Main bathroom has a damp smell* DVD player not working* No Wi Fi* An improvement would be to include a Hair Dryer in the property

Reviewer Comments: A beautiful property and the location is perfect.Maintenance needs attention, the toilet roll holder in the main bathroom not ensuite needs attention, we stayed 3 months earlier and it was the same.There is a lack of mirrors, the main bathroom mirror is so dark and the 2nd bedroom has no mirror at all.Why I marked property management low was the property hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and the process to have it cleaned was not helpful.

Very big unit great views and in a great position walking distance to beach shops restaurants Take your own pillows as they are old and lumpy Take your own tea towels Fan in bedroom 2 doesn’t work Roomy bathrooms Unit very sound proof and roomy has everything you need Loved our weekend away beautiful spot

Staying here for our Annual Girls Weekend Away we found the apartment providing a spacious, comfortable and relaxing weekend! View amazing and location so central. We left feeling rejuvenated and already excited to come back.

Great Location

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very roomy & well appointed. Lovely outlook over the Marina & you can walk everywhere. Will definitely have another stay here & would highly recommend staying at this property. You wont be disappointed!
