I have been seeking adventures in the wilderness and have been all over the country including Grand Canyon, Zion , Sequoias and many other national parks.

Why they chose this property

However this area have been my most frequent destination. Maybe due to its proximity to Florida, where I live. It is only 2-hour drive from Atlanta airport.
Or maybe it did feel like a paradise with its mountains beauty and serenity of nature, bubbling creeks and rushing waterfalls. its forests and wildlife.
And who would not want to call this paradise your second home. I hope you will enjoy my home just as I do and will explore everything this area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

There are plenty of hiking trails in any direction of the property including famous Appalachian Trail. In fact its South Terminus is not far from here and if you hop on it in spring and hike for 2,000 miles, you will end up in Main in fall:)
There is abundance of wineries, each of which has its own unique style and wine.
There is an enchanting Alpine Village, town of Helen, that attracted me in the first place.
There is something to do for everyone. Nearby Unicoi State park offers activities and swimming in the lake and playground for families with small children.
River tubing is a great family activity to enjoy during the summer.
