About this property

House of 04 suites with nice balcony and garden, furniture, utensils all complete. Being 04 rooms in the social area and 01 with complete dependence. Newly built house without previous housing.
Very nice place that will give you the option of having a beach house and field at the same time. It is located 02 km from the beach of Porto de Galinhas in the Coqueiral Port, an area of environmental preservation for having many mangroves. A place to enjoy the beach and the seashore.

Casa boa, fica um pouco distante da praia, mas no geral gostamos bastante da estadia.

Estrutura legal porém limpeza deixou a desejar

Estrutura da casa é ótima, área de lazer muito espaçosa. A limpeza da casa ao quando chegamos deixou a desejar, algumas paredes nos quartos estão com infiltração/mofo. Tivemos que fazer uma faxina limpando tudo pois tinha muita poeira, o chão não tinha sido varrido, tinham muitas teias de aranha em vários locais. Também está precisando dedetizar para formigas e baratas, encontramos várias, principalmente na área de serviço e cozinha. A área do loteamento é próxima ao mangue então à noite tem muito besouro e mosquitos. A casa é muito boa em estrutura, mas precisa de uma manutenção e cuidado com limpeza e higiene melhor para receber os visitantes.
