Immaculate home 2 night min Nov thru May; 5 night min - June thru Aug ; cleaning fee is $370! 5 min walk to Ortley private beach, 5 min drive (Parking is not an issue, I have tips) or 10 min bike ride to Seaside’s new Private Cabana Beach/Pool Ocean Club, If you are interested in the Ocean Club beach/pool (avail June to Aug) my Cabana is outside and it is pictured on this site. My Cabana has a huge, comfortable Daybed by the middle section of the pool. Lounge chairs are avail also! You can order restaurant/bar service to the pool! A separate agreement must be signed and a separate deposit must be paid of $100 a person, per day (min of 3 days(1 wk rental and 6 days - 2 wk rental) and there is a maximum of 5 people allowed at the Cabana club. A child under 3 is not counted as a paying guest. An additional payment of $200 per person per day will be required 60 days before you check in.
Beach tags for Ortley private beach are $300 for 6 people and the week runs Sat to Sat, additional days can be purchased. Ortley beach is a Private beach for our neighborhood association, very clean!! The Pool/Ocean Club is brand new, you will have a 2 person Cabana plus extra lounge chairs. Private club!
Third floor bedroom is the entire floor. 3 beds and a mattress on 3rd floor, room for more! 5 min walk to the boardwalk and beach. Very family friendly, quiet n private. 1 queen bed, 1 full bed on the 2nd floor 3rd floor : 1 full bed, a twin bed, a twin day bed, and a twin mattress
Damage deposit for the house is $500 for 7 nights refundable for towels, pillows, n blankets included. Just need your own sheets or I can provide a linen service for approx $150

No parties!! and only adults allowed. 8 adults n 1 small child is ok. (This is an association and no loud noise will be tolerated after 10 pm) Neighbor across the road is also a law enforcement officer.
Also if renting June to August, beach tags are required for our private beach. Beach tags (End May - Labor day)are not included in this price. Beach chairs included.
Places to Go: Heavy Reel brewery is 5 min away! Crabs claw inn (5 min away) has music and fabulous food during fall/winter. Also, boardwalk arcades are open all year. Chef mikes ABG has fabulous seafood year round! Marucas pizza on the boardwalk is delectable and open all year! The Saw Mill pizza etc.. is open! Meg’s Grill is 5 min away and Open! Iceberg ice cream parlor is wonderful and open sat (5 min away). Painting waves art studio is behind iceberg parlor and they have sat morning art classes for kids! Ask me for more info!! Point pleasant acquarium is 20 min away and their arcades are also open! 15 min from Ocean County mall, 20 min from Brielle,Nj where u can dine on the water at Waypoint 622. CVS pharmacy w Redbox.
