There are two completely separate entrances located on opposite sides of the house—designed for full privacy and zero overlap.” You have the entire 2nd floor with great water views from every window. This Upstairs Unit is considered it's own separate address. To operate, we require; 2 Solar Permits, 2 Jacuzzi permits, 2 Docks, 2 Electric Bills, 2 Gas Bills, etc... IT IS 2 Separate addresses according to the town we live in. The backyards set up is 2nd to none as you have the fencing and private waterfront with Super Magnolia Tree and a Fig Tree and more surrounding you, ad the wildlife birds, fish, crabs, and it's the most perfect place.
