Welcome to Ocean Eyes Beach House! A charming luxury vacation home situated on the pristine shores of Mantoloking, NJ. Steps away from the stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. This home offers a comfort setting for a family vacation and we await your arrival!

This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath with parking for 2 cars. There is no street parking, but public parking is available nearby. A large kitchen with state of the art appliances makes the cooking experience even more enjoyable. The ample dining and spacious living area combine for a terrific family entertaining and gathering space. There are Smart TV's throughout the home.

Come enjoy and make new beach home memories that will last a lifetime! No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the premises. Additionally, No smoking or vaping inside the house. $500 security deposit; $300 cleaning fee; $50 rental fee.

Renter must be at least 25 years of age to book the rental. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Disclosure: The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guest and our home.

A perfect getaway! We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and so thoughtfully curated. Beautiful home just steps from the beach. Immaculate on arrival. we came for a wedding in Point Pleasant and this was the perfect home to come back to and relax. Communication with the property manager Timmy was great! Responded immediately to any questions we had. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had anything you would need Would definitely come back to this home in the future

Steps away from the sand!

The Ocean Eyes House was perfect for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the soothing sound of waves crashing just steps away. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a coastal vibe. It comfortably accommodated our family, with cozy bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking meals a breeze. We loved the private beach access and the fact that everything — from restaurants and shops — were just a short walk or drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made it feel like a true escape from the everyday hustle.Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just some peaceful downtime by the ocean, this beach house is an ideal spot.
