Mantoloking is considered one of the Jersey Shore’s Gold Coast communities, with high-end homes and this neighborhood is one of the closest to have a home on a private beach!
What makes this property unique
This property is in an exclusive small community called the Osborne dunes.
We purchased this home in November 2024
As a new construction build but wanted to make it as luxurious as possible so we redid all of the paint, lighting fixtures, high hats, shower fixtures and more to make it feel and look as high end as possible! All of the main floor furniture is restoration hardware and has a complete clean beach look and feel!
