Off grid getaway

The perfect spot if you want to get away from it all. The property is very simple but has most of what you’ll need. We did need to supply our own hand soap, shower wash and bin bags so make sure you pack those or you can pick them up from the local shops. There is a fireplace and lots of firewood which is amazing on those cool nights. The property is walking distance to the beach and it is absolutely gorgeous down there. One key thing to note is the property does not have phone reception which actually turned out to be a blessing, allowing us to get completely off grid but does mean you will need to be prepared with books, games and DVDs (if you have them!). You can get phone reception by leaving the house.

Rustic place

This is a simple but ok place to stay. You will be happy if you don't expect anything modern or upmarket. Has a powerful little wood stove and plenty of firewood. Walking distance to the beach.

Great position and simple neat house

Lovely position with sand dunes on back door step. House very basic but suited our short stay needs. Clean for the age of the house. NIce to have cup of tea and listen to the sounds of the native birds and the ocean. Walking distance to a beach.
