Located in the quaint town of Union Pier stands Beach Glass House. Just 1.5 blocks to Lake Michigan, Beach Glass House is the perfect getaway for families that don't want to break the bank! This three-bedroom, 3.5 bath home has lots of room for your whole group both inside and out! You will love having your meals or morning coffee on your spacious screened-in porch. Backyard also boasts a gas grill and a firepit for those starry summer nights. The interior of Beach Glass House has two family TV rooms and lots of seating for your whole group to relax. Kitchen comes fully stocked with island seating for four as well as seating for six more at their dining table. Only a couple minute walk to a sandy Lake Michigan beach and close to everything else in Harbor Country!

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, cable, central air/heat, washer/dryer, gas grill, coffee maker, firepit, plenty of beach towels, and much more! Now pet friendly as well!

** All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.

**Maximum three car parking.

We loved the house, the layout and the screened in porch. It was very roomy. Loved that the main bedroom was away from the other 2 bedrooms. 1 block to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Everything at your fingertips!!

Charming cottage with so many amenities. Close proximity to three public beach access points (two are definitely within walking distance). Minutes from Union Pier, which is small, but has all of the essentials. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in and didn’t want to leave!!

Glass House

With the exception of the heat not working for 7 hours on our first evening there, our stay was wonderful! Kitchen was fully stocked, main shower felt awesome, plenty of towels and beach towels, very relaxing furniture, very friendly neighbors and very quiet street. Just a short walk to an easy accessible beach to take in the sunset. I’d stay here again for sure.

Great beach house

We loved our week at the Beach. Glass house. It was everything we wanted. Plenty of space for 5 adults, well-stocked kitchen and large screen porch. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Even enjoyed the fire pit one evening!

Exceeded our expectations

My wife and I stayed here with our kids (girls, ages 3 and 4) for a five night trip around labor day weekend for a beach getaway. This house had everything the listing promised and more. We loved the screened-in porch, the adjoining deck, and the fire pit. The living room and master bedroom have great vaulted ceilings with skylights which makes the house feel even bigger. Enough area that we didn't even use all of it among the four of us. It was the little touches that helped this home exceed our expectations. There were a nice collection of children's books for the girls, lots of nice seating (outdoor recliners on the deck, picnic table in the porch, stools at the kitchen counter, etc), an abundance of soft towels, and good instructions for where to find things in the area. The walk to the beach is no problem even with our little ones. There are two public beaches less than a 10 min walk from the house so we were able to go to switch between them when one got too crowded over the holiday weekend. We really had a great time and would love to stay again!

Cute as can be, and CLEAN!

The house itself was just perfect for our mini-vacation. Immaculate, well stocked, and just so CUTE! It was everything a vacation home could be. The bath towels were big and fluffy and and there were lots of beach towels available. The twin beds were the one drawback, as they were very uncomfortable and hard as bricks. Replacing those mattresses would make that room so much more enjoyable. It was not, however, close to the lake, nor was the lake visible from the property. The walk to the water was quite long. A small motorized cart (a golf cart??) would be a very nice addition, but the lake more than made up for the long walk. All in all, this was a great place for a mini-vaca.
