BBQ grill and seating on large covered patio, this is the perfect environment for the outdoor lover!
Pull through U-shape driveway and covered parking, fenced in yard,
Sleeps two to four Adults

Lake town Paradise!

Great stay with a short drive to the boat ramp. Vrbo did not send a code to enter the house but the property manager responded quickly. Can opener did not work so I bought one at the store and left it at the house. Thanks for a great stay!

Peaceful desert/lake retreat

Loved this place. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean and comfy. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking. Fenced yard, very secure. Can’t wait to go back. Owner is very nice. Easy checkin/out. Everything I needed was provided. There is a small store down the road. Convenient place to get gas etc. thank you for sharing your cute and clean place. The area around the lake is breathtaking. New Mexico is so gorgeous.

Awesome Stay!

My partner, Dan , and his friend, Charles, stayed at Beate's cottage for two nights in December. They wanted to go fishing for three days at Conchas Lake. Pheabe's place was ideal, as it is located minutes away from a boat ramp. Dan and Charles really enjoyed how well equipped the cottage was. They had a great time cooking steaks in the evening and hanging out. They reported the beds were really good and they can't wait to go back. They were so pleased with their stay, that they asked Charles' wife and I to go back with them in a few weeks. I do not fish, but look forward to staying at the cottage and take long walks by Conchas Lake.

Relaxing Weekend Retreat

Had an enjoyable weekend with my husband and parents at Conchas Lake. We rented stand up paddle boards from Albuquerque and found a terrific cove to explore. The place was perfect for us. We cooked all our meals in the home - had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Spent a lot of time on the front porch watching the deer graze in the grass across the street every afternoon. My mom and I walked 3 miles every day - checking out the wild flowers in the neighborhood. Beate (the owner) was very accommodating as we decided to extend our visit an extra night. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. We also enjoyed the coffee that was provided! Thanks much.

Conchas Connection

We booked last minute and to our surprise this little gem was available. We have visited Conchas Lake five or six times over the past twenty years but by far this was our best stay! It was clean, with the amenities we needed, though the internet was slow, we didn't seem to miss it. We will definitely stay here again.
