Beach House within the Costa do Sauípe hotel complex at 300m from the beach. There are five minutes from the beach and the lagoon. With four suites. Modern architecture, outdoor area with pool, sun loungers and hammock. TV and wifi available.
Staying in this house you have access to the new beach village, Costa do Sauípe's commercial center, the largest hotel complex in Brazil. There are shops, bars and local artistic attractions.
The condominium has a private club, with swimming pool, games room, ballroom, gym, sauna, sports court, tennis courts, society football court, green walking trails in a safe environment, with two watchtowers, security 24h and extremely preserved environment.
