Apartamento muito bom mas tenho algumas observações não tem Internet .os ralos precisam ser tampados por que passam insetos pelo os furo .o chuveiro demora para esquentar tem que abrir todo para a água esquentar com isso a um desperdício de água de mais tudo tranquilo
