Welcome to our luxury log home, What If, nestled in the Blue Ridge, GA foothills. From our deck, you’ll have a 270⁰ unobstructed, breathtaking view of TN, NC, and GA mountains while overlooking the Toccoa River! Our peaceful cabin home is located on a gated, paved road off Blue Ridge Drive, which leads into Downtown Blue Ridge (under 9 miles) or McCaysville and The Copper Basin (under 3 miles). With over 3,600 sq. ft. of private, guest accommodations spread out over two levels; our home provides plenty of spaciousness for togetherness or privacy in one of the three bedrooms (total home is over 6,000 sq. ft., with three stories, but basement is not included with guest rental, only main and top levels). The main level features an open floor plan which includes living, dining, and kitchen with two separate bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. There is a TV in the den with cable. Both main floor bedrooms feature comfy queen beds with pillow top mattresses. The vaulted living area has a floor to ceiling rock fire place and windows to enjoy the panoramic, tri-state view. The dining table seats six plus four barstools at the bar. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel large capacity refrigerator, gas range with duel ovens, and dishwasher. The top level is home to the vaulted ceiling master suite and bathroom. There is a TV with cable and a king size bed in the master. The bathroom includes a double shower with a separate garden tub (non-Jacuzzi). Beyond the bathroom is a kitchenette with private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee on crisp mountain mornings!

Guests will have full access to the main floor living area, including guest laundry closet, and upstairs master suite (with the exception of a owner's storage closet and pantries in kitchen, an extra owner's laundry room in Master Bathroom, and another owner's storage closet in main floor bathroom). The basement, and its square footage, is not included as part of this rental will be locked off to guests. Hosts may access the basement. But, don't worry! This is a rare occurrence. And, the basement has it's own private entrance from outside. So, we will only use this entrance. We will also notify guests in advance if we will be accessing basement. We will respect guests' privacy!
