Montana Family Vacation

This home was a great choice for our family of 8. The boys did a lot of fishing and there was plenty of space to relax inside and out! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Loved the quiet location on the river. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of fans -- lack of AC wasn't a concern, even sleeping in the loft during a hot July week. We'd absolutely stay here again for a Glacier base.

The house was incredible. It was very well stocked with all the essentials you could need. It was clean and very comfortable. The location on the river was incredible. It was the perfect Montana getaway and I hope I get the chance to return in the future! If you’ve been looking for the perfect spot, book this place!!

Beautiful, cozy, PERFECT!!

If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place on the flathead river with a Mountain View and lots of deer then this is the perfect place. If you’re planning on going to the Glacier Park, this is the best place to stay close to the airport and the town of Kalispell which has all the amenities needed.My family and I absolutely love staying here at this house. Felt just like home. Can’t wait to stay here again. We are very grateful that this family has chosen to share this beautiful place with everyone.

Gorgeous Views and Comfy Beds

My family and I stayed here with some family friends. We were visiting Glacier National Park. The boys enjoyed fishing in the river and the girls enjoyed finding cool rocks on the banks. The house was perfect. Room for everyone. Comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked. The property sat back off the main road and we saw wildlife on every trip in and out. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and right on the river. The two porches made for perfect river viewing each morning/evening. Being secluded means the home is a bit off the beaten path, the road was partially unpaved as you got closer to the home, but it wasn't a bad drive. About 5-10 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend!

So many positives! Great riverfront location on a very quiet, remote road, loved the porch, good size parking area, plenty of dishes, good bedroom sizes. We also saw several deer swimming in the river which was cool.A few “could be improved”- there were not enough towels for my group even though we had the number of people the property listing said it could accommodate. Also not enough sheets for the futons in the loft (which I asked about ahead of time). There are A LOT of personal photos covering many surfaces which is a little unusual for a rental house in my experience. Made us feel like we were squatting in someone’s house rather than staying in a paid vacation rental. The garbage from previous guests was left in outdoor garbage cans. Lastly, host was not super responsive compared to what I’m used to with VRBOs.

We also apologize for not enough towels and sheets for the futons. We were of the understanding that we had enough. Wedding Week!

we traveled from Florida up to Montana for my sons wedding. The house was great! It accommodated all of us well, and the views were breathtaking. having the different grills, and also outdoor games was an added plus! Would highly recommend again! I would also recommend arriving your first day in the daylight, so that you can see a little bridge and the dirt road that leads to the house, definitely a remote location.

Its a long dead end gravel road

Its a long dead end gravel road, but once you get past that, you are greeted with a beautiful, semi-private direct riverfront location. Only one neighbor in sight. The house is well equipped with everything you need and want for daily living, including even a large cooler we borrowed for our trip up to Glacier. We did find the lack of air conditioning (we are told common in this part of Montana) to be a bit challenging on one or two evenings (August 2022), but overall still a five star experience. We will always remember sitting down to meals right in front of our own slice of the Flathead River. Thanks for having us!

This property by the river was everything I hoped it would be. A beautiful and comfortable home in a scenic setting. The sounds of the river were so soothing, I spent most of my time there relaxing outside. Loved my stay there, would highly recommend it!
