Welcome to our recently updated, spacious 2-bedroom + DEN, 2-bath suite, located just steps from the world-renowned Siesta Key Public Beach.

The DEN is a fantastic option for two additional guests, offering a comfortable queen bed. While it provides a cozy and inviting space, please note that it is only partially private and cannot be fully enclosed to maintain proper air circulation for the AC. As such, it is not considered a true bedroom, but it’s a great choice for extra sleeping space in a pinch!

This bright and inviting second-level apartment boasts 1,200 sq/ft of comfortable living space, including two private patios and a partial Gulf view from the additional third room (den).

The suite is fully equipped for your convenience, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and two flat-screen TVs. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy the ease of 2 complimentary parking spaces (stacked behind each other).

Bridal Celebration

Beautiful property conveniently close to the beach. The unit was stocked with everything that we could ever need and having the pool available to us was even more wonderful. The unit was one of the cleanest we have rented and look forward to staying again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful spot and Location!

We had a beach wedding on 11/17/17 and this spot could not have been better! The location to the beach wedding zones was closer than the main pavilion. Clean and very comfortable, would recommend for sure.

Ideal Location and Amenities

Great property for my small family and two parents. There was ample space in the unit, very clean and our favorite part was the semi-private, shared pool for all the condo units. Situated off the main road, the beach and Siesta Key village are all within walking distance. Would definitely go back! Thanks a great stay!

Great Place in Siesta Key

We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The Key West Suite exceeded our expectations and was extremely accommodating. The unit was clean and felt like a home. The location provided an easy walk into town and to the beach; parking right out front and the pool area was relaxing. Virginia was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place and we would stay again!

Much needed change of scene

The property is great. This was our 2nd year in a row. Just a very short walk to the beach or downtown. We would love to go to Gumbo Limbo in Siesta Key every year!

Great location

We had another wonderful stay. The property is clean and in a great location across from the beach. The trolley (free) pick up is at the corner of the street, making it easy to get up to the village and back. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. They do need some new beach chairs as several were broken and uncomfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the water was warm in July. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great location and clean property

Great location with easy walk to beach. Was able to get into the location early which worked great for our family. 10 min walk to village. Apartment/house was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed and space. Loved the washing machine and dryer to clean beach clothing. Pool right outside the door. Overall great place to stay!!

Relaxed getaway!

We stayed in Virginia's Key West Suite for five days and enjoyed every minute! It was easy to find and had a very laid back atmosphere. Being right across the street from the beach was amazing and the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun! The space was clean and inviting and we had a great time for our 40th Birthday girls trip. Virginia made sure we had everything we needed! The Village was very easy to walk to and we enjoyed some great food, drinks and music. A wonderful spot in Siesta Key, we will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Nice place and great location

Key West Suite worked for us, but there were a couple things that we thought could be improved. The 3rd bedroom off the kitchen needs a door, room dividers or a curtain to shut it off from the rest of the suite. We were a family of 6, and the 4 of us on the other side couldn’t really do anything in the kitchen or family room area in the morning for fear of waking the others up. The pool didn’t have much sun, which may have been the time of year, and it was chilly so we didn’t get in it. The location was perfect, the check-in was easy, and staff was very friendly.

*Great Location*

Virginia was the most pleasant person to book with and easy to personally get ahold of. Our room was ready earlier than expected. The space was very clean and great size for a family of 4. Everything was in working order and stocked. Would recommend TVs for each bed space. The landscape and grounds were beautiful and tropical. The pool was very neat but rarely got cleaned. Plenty of beach toys and chairs for everyone to share. There were more rental spaces on the property than what I had initially thought and could find to book so more guests sharing than the pool. Overall perfect vacation home.

Siesta for our Birthdays

Property was a great location. So close to the beach, less than a mile to the village and trolley stop basically at the front door. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Only real con was the shared pool was betweeen I believe 4 places and sadly there was people there with loud music until after midnight and screaming. We aren’t prudes by any means but you also have no clue who your potential neighbors will be. And many of the beach chairs were sadly broken. Communication with booking was easy and they were very responsive when we had a WIFI issue. Def would stay again.

Brand new pool landscaping

Located within a short walk to beach access. We stayed upstairs in the Key West unit. Beautiful new landscaping was put into place around the pool during our stay. Although the work interfered with our use of the pool it was nice to see the pool man come to clean up at the end of the day. Virginia did a good job of communicating with us on these matters. Renters in the future will be able to enjoy a fresh lovely tropical garden planting. We had some difficulty with the TV but these issues were addressed in a timely manner as well.

Awesome location, clean property!

My family stayed at this property in Mid July 2024. The location is absolutely wonderful! It is a short walk to a more private beach access point. This was great because the beach wasn't anywhere near as crowded as the public beach down the street. The property was very clean inside and the outside was well maintained. The pool was very nice, although like bath water in mid-July but that is to be expected. There is lots of storage in the master bedroom which was awesome. I would have rated 5 stars if it weren't for the outdated and uncomfortable spring mattresses in the master and 2nd bedroom with the twin beds. Comfortable beds are an important part of vacation so that you can rest and wake up feeling refreshed. The bed in the master was so uncomfortable that my wife and i woke up daily in pain due to the old spring mattress that sagged to the middle. If this property gets new, more comfortable mattresses it would definitely be 5/5 stars.

We actually moved to the Royal Palm suite. It was our fault on deciding on the wrong named one and the hosts had no issues with our move. Royal Palm is probably the best for families. Three levels and balconies in each level with beach views. Lots of steps. For longer stays bring the necessities as it only has starter supplies. (TP, laundry detergent, paper towels...)
