About the host
Hosted by Lee Goldman

I was born and raised in Seattle and love to enjoy the outdoors walking and hiking with my active dog Reggie. I'm a real estate investor and small time Airbnb host and enjoy attending to the smallest details of a guest's stay to create an outstanding experience in my great city.
Why they chose this property
I purchased and renovated the entire building in 2016 after finding the hundred year old building incredibly charming but in need of a great amount of work which required a massive renovation to update and modernize it. Over the course of the project I came to love the gritty industrial feel of the neighborhood and the gracious and small community of neighbors nearby. The selection of bars and great food within walking distance is great considering how small the neighborhood is and attracts many Seattleites to make the drive over.
What makes this property unique
It's a cozy unit with every nook and cranny very well thought (you could say obsesssed over) out to maximize the use of space and comfort of staying in. It's a great mix of old refinished old hardwood floors and original moldings with updated finishes and brand new plumbing, insulation and electric.
