About this property

Wonderful lakefront home with all the amenities for an amazing vacation. This home features 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths + 1 half bath, 3 kitchens, a pool table, arcade game, horseshoe pit, and fire pit. Wonderful views of the lake with a Tiki bar on top of the boat house, a dock with a gazebo, a beach area with shallow water launch area for kayaks and wake boards.

The home allows private bedrooms with great common areas for everyone to gather. The main gourmet kitchen has a gas cooktop on the center island, a double oven, microwave, large refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, large coffee maker, and a toaster oven. The dining table seats 12 comfortably.

The 4 bedrooms on the main level have 3 king beds and a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms downstairs have a king beds with adjoining bathrooms. There is an additional day room with 4 twin beds and a bunk bed for all the cousins to share. In total there are 5 king beds, 1 queen bed and 6 twin beds, for comfortable sleeping for 18.

Beautiful lake house with lots of room

The host was amazing. Easy check in and out process. The house was exactly as described. Fully stocked with anything you’d need in the kitchen. We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The basement was great for our teenagers.

Beautiful property and terrific host

We rented this property for a family weekend and we were all thrilled with the property itself, the location, and the communication with the property management team. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need, and the location on the lake is just beautiful. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a lakefront getaway!

Nice place

This was a great place for our annual family girls weekend. We’ve stayed a lot of places on the lake and this one had one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever used. Home was clean-always appreciate that! Nice yard and dandy play area for little ones.

Wonderful

The house was amazing - very well furnished and equipped. It worked very well for three generations of a family. The location is perfect for swimming and boating.

Great Location!

The Tiki House did not disappoint! The water was warm and the weather was great! We had 5 couples and 7 children stay here (17 total). Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kids loved sleeping together in the basement bedroom that included 4 twins and a bunk bed. They also loved the pool table. There is plenty of space to sit inside and outside of the house. We spent a lot of time lounging in the water and hanging out at the tiki bar. We even rented a pontoon one day. This house also has beautiful views of the sunset!

Our family has enjoyed Lake Anna for years. We bought the Tiki House because we have a large extended family and we want to have gatherings at the lake to make memories for our children and grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy a home at Lake Anna because it is conveniently located close to Northern Virginia, Richmond, Williamsburg, and the Shenandoah Valley. We have family in all of these areas!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the Tiki House because of the lake views from inside the house and on the decks. The Tiki House just feels casual, fun and homey.
