Cuenta con una recamara con cama matrimonial, sin closet, con comedor y un pequeño baño privado La cocina a pesar de ser pequeña y con el techo un poco bajo, es perfecta para preparar cosas sencillas. La Roma sur es una zona llena de vida, con mucho que hacer, ver y disfrutar. está muy cerca el mercado Medellin en el cual se puede comer muy bien y del cine Tonalá. Muy cerca del metrobus y metro.
