Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main level features a fully equipped modern kitchen, an open-concept dining and living area, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, two private bedrooms offer peaceful rest after a day on the mountain—one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds—along with two updated full bathrooms. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

As part of the Park Avenue Condominiums, this Park City lodging option comes with a host of shared community amenities including a year-round sauna and hot tub, seasonal outdoor heated pool (opened from Memorial Day through Labor Day; closed Fall and Winter), changing facilities with showers, guest laundry room, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Covered carport parking adds extra convenience, especially in the winter months.

Check-in is easy and contactless with our Direct to Condo process—simply complete the brief pre-registration form in advance to receive your personalized access code. While daily housekeeping is not included, service can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice.
