From your front door, it’s an easy stroll to a variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, or you can hop on the free Park City transit system with a stop just steps from the complex. Whether you're here for a ski getaway or a summer retreat, this location puts you right in the heart of it all.

Inside, this silver-rated Park City vacation rental welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, open dining space, and a comfortable living room—all located on the main level along with a convenient half bath. Upstairs, the layout offers flexibility and privacy with two enclosed bedrooms and a separate loft bedroom. The first bedroom includes two twin beds, the second offers a king bed, and the loft features a twin-over-full bunk bed—comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. One of the upstairs bathrooms is shared between the first bedroom and the loft area, while the second bedroom enjoys its own private bath.

Guests will appreciate complimentary Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning for warm summer days, and the functional layout designed to accommodate both rest and relaxation. Excellent location and space

Our family stayed here for 10 nights over Christmas. The condo is in an excellent location. It is a two minute walk to a fantastic market, a pharmacy, Starbucks and the bus to Park City/Deer Valley/Main Street. The layout of the condo was great for our 3 adult children and us, each with our own bathrooms, along with an extra half bath on the first floor. We learned early on that only one shower could be run at a time, otherwise the hot and cold water went haywire and made for a very unpleasant experience! Also, there is no laundry in the unit but there is a laundry room conveniently 15 seconds across the way, BUT you need quarters to operate the machines and with the coin shortage we had a frustrating time finding any. Knowing this ahead of time would have been helpful. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, however more serving plates and oven mitts would have been helpful. Beds were comfortable but the two sofas in the living room need to be replaced- the springs are worn and you almost sink to the floor when you sit . We enjoyed nights around the dining table as well as in front of the lovely gas fireplace and overall really enjoyed our stay here!
