About this property
Bringa Spacious Bushland Retreat with Scenic Views
Escape to this serene bushland retreat, where generous living areas, a modern kitchen, and inviting outdoor entertaining zones set the scene for unforgettable moments. Surrounded by towering trees, sweeping dam views, and the peaceful sounds of nature, you’re just minutes from Yallingup Beach, acclaimed wineries, and local eateries. Spend your days playing cricket on the lawn, dining alfresco on the wraparound deck or exploring the coast—this rural escape puts everything within easy reach.
Step into a haven of calm and connection, where mornings begin with birdsong and evenings wind down under golden light filtering through the trees. The open-plan living area invites you to watch a film on the TV with the surround sound system or stretch out on the vibrant red lounge by the fireplace. Upstairs, a second lounge offers a peaceful retreat with beanbags, books, games, and another TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime access—perfect for keeping kids entertained.
The kitchen is sleek and inviting, with gas cooking, a walk-in pantry, and a central island perfect for casual bites. The adjoining dining area, framed by forest views, sets the scene for relaxed, shared meals. Afterwards, step out to one of three outdoor entertaining zones: a sunset-facing eight-seater table overlooking the dam, a peaceful breakfast setting near the dining room, or a sheltered courtyard table for ten with a BBQ close by. As the day unfolds, explore the bushland, wander to the dam, or enjoy a game of cricket on the open lawn.
As night falls, retreat to one of five restful bedrooms, each offering crisp linens, a ceiling fan, and a built-in wardrobe for added comfort and convenience. Downstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, an ensuite, and direct deck access. Two additional downstairs bedrooms also feature queen beds—one with outdoor access, perfect for slow morning starts. The fourth bedroom includes two single beds that can be converted into a king on request. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom is a spacious loft-style retreat with a queen and a single bed, ideal for a small family. Bathrooms are fresh and functional, and a full laundry setup adds convenience for longer stays.
There’s a games room with air hockey and foosball, plus table tennis in the garage to keep everyone entertained. Both living areas are air-conditioned for year-round comfort, and free parking is available on site. In winter, a firewood starter pack is provided for the fireplace, with more available at local service stations. Pets are welcome—please add the pet fee when booking. Please note that the property is rural and unfenced, and pets cannot be left unattended as per local council regulations.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Surrounded by peaceful bushland, the home is just a seven-minute drive to Yallingup Beach—perfect for surfing, swimming, or sunset strolls. For nature lovers, the stunning Ngilgi Cave is only six minutes away, offering underground adventure for all ages. Dining options are close and varied. Enjoy pub fare and live music at Caves House, just six minutes away, or savour hearty burgers at Yallingup General Store and Cafe nearby. For something unique, Lamont’s offers refined Modern Australian flavours just ten minutes away. Wine lovers can explore Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Happs Wines & Commonage Pottery and Deep Woods Estate, all within an eight-minute drive. Dunsborough town centre is just eight minutes away, providing easy access to shops and more dining spots.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
