Two other bedrooms are at the back of the unit, with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 long single beds that can be zipped together to make king bed (must be booked at time of booking) these bedrooms are air conditioned and share a bathroom.

When entering the apartment you step into a light, bright flowing living dining area opening out onto your furnished balcony where you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets across the river, the natural beauty of the North Shore, this is a perfect spot for your next holiday. Owner provides 2 kayaks for guests if you wish to take a paddle down the river.

Mariners Point is North facing so you will enjoy the full winter sunshine, while comforted by the North East sea breezes in summer. Only a short stroll takes you down along the iconic Noosa River precinct which is ideal for families and couples. Enjoy walks along the walking paths, hire a boat and enjoy a motor down the river, eat at one the many wonderful restaurants all at your door step.

Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel (hiring is available through Laguna Holidays @ $5 per beach towel) Most properties will provide a linen change after 10 nights or longer, please check with our office if this property provides this service.
